Completed in 1966, this office was built by the order of President-Director Alexander Orlow van Turmac and was designed by Hein Salomonson. It features an inner courtyard designed by landscape architect Mien Ruys and the building as well as the courtyard was the home of the original, highly esteemed Peter Stuyvesant company art collection.

After BAT left in 2007, the object was again thoroughly rebuilt. In was given Municipal Monument status in 2015.
